By using the AutoSup app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

AutoSup is a mobile app for keeping track of your cars: fuel consumption, maintenance, expenses, and documents.

2. Using the app

The app is intended for personal use, as well as for tracking company vehicles and managing a fleet — with an AutoSup Business subscription (see section 4).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for the security of your Google/Apple account.
We are not responsible for data lost when you delete your account.
You can delete all of your data at any time in the app settings.

4. AutoSup Pro and AutoSup Business subscriptions

The app’s core features are free. Paid AutoSup Pro and AutoSup Business subscriptions are also available, monthly or yearly. What each subscription includes and how much it costs in your country is shown in the app on the subscription screen before you pay.

Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. We do not receive or store your card number or other payment details.
Your subscription renews automatically, and you will be charged for the next period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — the app itself cannot do this, because neither store allows it. The period you have already paid for stays active until it ends; canceling does not refund the current period.
Deleting your AutoSup account does not cancel your subscription. Your account and your subscription live in different places: the account is with us, the subscription is with the app store. Cancel it separately, or you will keep being charged.
Refunds are handled under the rules of the store where you made the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
The subscription price may change. The store notifies you in advance of a price increase and asks for your consent; without your consent, the subscription will not renew.

Purchases in the iPhone version are also governed by Apple’s standard license agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption, and we are not liable for any losses related to your use of the app. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law: nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

6. Reference information

The dashboard warning light descriptions, car guides, accident mode, and other tips in the app are provided for reference only. They are not professional mechanical, legal, medical, or insurance advice and do not replace a qualified mechanic or the instructions of emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States and Canada) and follow the instructions of emergency services and the laws where you are.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this address. If you keep using the app, it means you accept the changes.
